Africala held the Latin American premier of the Algerian film ¨Delice Paloma¨ within the VI International Morelia Film Festival. Once again Africala has been invited to participate in the renowned. In this occasion it held the first screening in Spanish speaking America, of the Algerian comedy ¨Delice Paloma¨ directed by Nadir Moknèche. This year’s selection was based on the possibility of allowing Mexican audiences to experience a new style of African comedy as well as introducing one of Algeria’s prima donna’s: Biyuna, who stars in the role of Madame Aljezira. Thanks to the kind invitation of one of the most important film festivals in Latin America, African Cinema has reached a wider audience.
